This page explains, in plain language, how Psyflo handles information on its public website and the basic rules for using that website. The logged-in Psyflo platform has separate policies and terms.

Who we are

Psyflo provides software for mental health practices and the people they serve.

Our public website is for general information, demos, provider waitlist requests, support, newsletters, recruiting, and business inquiries.

The website is not a patient portal, clinical tool, emergency service, or crisis service.

What this policy covers

This Website Privacy Policy applies to psyflo.com.

It does not apply to the logged-in Psyflo platform at app.psyflo.com. The logged-in platform is covered by a separate Platform Privacy Policy.

Please do not submit medical, mental-health, emergency, crisis, or other sensitive health information through our website forms.

Safety note

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, are thinking about harming yourself or someone else, or believe you may be in danger, call or text 988, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.

What we collect

We collect information you choose to share with us through the website. This may include:

  • name
  • email address
  • phone number
  • company, practice, or organization name
  • role or title
  • state
  • message content
  • newsletter preferences
  • support request details
  • job application information, such as resume, LinkedIn profile, portfolio, cover letter, work history, or education history

We may collect this information when you contact us, request a demo, join a provider waitlist, subscribe to updates, submit a support request, or apply for a role.

We do not currently operate a patient waitlist through the website.

What not to send us

Our website forms are not meant for health or clinical information. Please do not submit:

  • symptoms
  • diagnoses
  • medications
  • therapy history
  • treatment information
  • crisis details
  • self-harm information
  • patient records
  • information about another person’s health

If you accidentally send us health information through the website, we may use it only to respond, route, delete, or otherwise handle it appropriately.

Technical information

Like most websites, our hosting and security systems may collect basic technical information, such as:

  • referring website

At launch, Psyflo does not use cookies, advertising pixels, third-party analytics tools, session replay tools, chat widgets, or similar tracking tools on the public website.

The website may still use basic hosting, security, and technical logs needed to operate the site.

If we add cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, CRM tracking, chat tools, scheduling tools, or similar technologies later, we will update this policy or provide additional notice as appropriate.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share website information with:

  • Psyflo team members and contractors who need it to respond to inquiries, provide support, review applications, or operate the website
  • service providers that help us host the website, receive form submissions, send emails, support recruiting, provide security, or operate our business
  • career or application tools if you apply for a role through a third-party application system

No website or electronic system is perfectly secure. Please avoid sending medical, mental-health, emergency, crisis, or other sensitive information through website forms or email.

We keep website information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy.

For example, we may keep information to respond to inquiries, manage demo or waitlist requests, send subscribed emails, review job applications, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect our rights.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
